Canoes Plus Kayak School / Adventure Experience or its Instructors reserves the right to CHANGE or CANCEL any program, session or trip at ANY TIME for ANY REASON. Every effort will be made to ensure minimal change or disruption, and if necessary to offer a further session to replace the cancelled session
Programs or trips will run during cold or inclement weather. If electrical storms occur while on the water, all students will be taken off the water.
Canoes Plus Kayak School / Adventure Experience Instructors will be the person/ people in authority while on the water, embarking or disembarking. At all other times the organizations leaders (teachers) will be in charge, unless otherwise arranged in writing.
Canoes Plus Kayak School / Adventure Experience or its Instructors reserves the right to refuse to allow any person or persons to participate or to continue participating in any session if deemed appropriate.
If, for any reason, a suitable number of instructors are not present for a given session, the session will be postponed to a later date.
Canoes Plus Kayak School / Adventure Experience shall not be held responsible or liable for any personal equipment, in particular mobile phones, cameras and keys, that may get wet, damaged or lost, including, but not limited to, equipment carried by instructors.
A full refund will be given if notification is given more than 14 days prior to the commencement of the program, course or trip. 50% refund will be given up to 7 days prior to the program, course or trip. No refund will be given for any changes within 7 days of the commencement of the program or for any participants who are absent.
A course or program that is cancelled or delayed within 7 days of the commencement of that course, a cancellation fee will be charged. The cancellation fee will be the equivalent to the cost of running the 1st 24 hours of that program, and may exceed the deposit amount.
