Packraft or Kayak Clinic designed for those attending the race - if you attend and enter the race you will get 50% off the fee for the clinic. Refunds will be actioned after payment in full for both events.

The clinic is intermediate standard in Grade 3, designed to follow on from packraft or kayak 201, or for those that already have skills. Here we look at the more intricate details of whitewater paddling. You have the basic strokes down pat, but still need to get on the front foot with regards to river reading, Or you need more help with your technical skills. This course can do it all - we are highly skilled in personalizing your experience in learning. 

Courses Include:

Skills included are edging and angles, break ins and break outs, ferry gliding and perhaps surfing on bigger whitewater including larger grade 2 rapids up to grade 3

The course enables you to repeat skills in a fun and safe environment, without changing any of the variables. August 16 is on the King river, utlizing the first rapid and the weir, We will be able to spend time repeating moves and skills so that you gain more insight and repeatable skill.

You will be taught by some of Australias best paddlers, and instructors who have many years experience in whitewater. All instructors are fully qualified, and are able to assist you in your journey, providing a fun, safe and friendly environment in which to learn.
